1. Store Agreement

This website (anoorapremium.in) is operated by Anoora Premium Clothing. By accessing our site or making an online purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Pricing

• Product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue apparel items without prior notice.
• Minor variations in fabric dye or digital screen rendering do not constitute manufacturing defects.

3. Payment Terms & Delivery Schedule

• Orders require 100% upfront online payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
• Delivery timeline is 9 to 15 business days across India.
• All sales are final under our Shipping & Return Policy.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any purchase contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.
